For My Facebook friends, this is not a THREAT...

When we don't have Blacks in Prosecutor's offices, We--Black folks--complain we need the insight and the compassion of Blacks in these offices to "deal with" the Racism and the insensitivity of White prosecutors.

Well Kamala Harris was the San Francisco District Attorney and the California Attorney General. For those who want to complain about what she did or did not do in those offices, and imply she did not make a "good difference" in those offices, and somehow it would have been better for Blacks had she not been there, let me just say this, Don't Give me your trump, your Republicant, and your Russian Bull Shit. If you persist in that stupid thinking as my Facebook friend, please let me know so I can "UnFriend" you, which is no big deal. I don't pick my family. I do pick my Facebook friends. No THREAT... a PROMISE.

I was called a " lazy nigger" and fired by an elderly white man. I was doing some work helping to wire a house that is being renovated to "flip", and told him I couldn't work outside that day because
it was 27°. I am a 64 (65 in March) year old woman of mixed heritage. He has said he would pay me for the two days I worked before the cold snap. But I've yet to see anything.
What are my recourse?
BTW, before the instant firing, he was very pleased with the work I did. ( crawling under the house to tack up wiring. drilling holes overhead , on a ladder , through double stacked 2×4s.
