You fill 2/3 of your prison cells with those who Look Like Me based on the Color of Our Skin. And You are angry, When We Do Not applaud Your Incomplete, Dishonest, And Racist American History. Blacks fighting for human dignity and respect today is Not New. There is no difference in Blacks fighting for THEIR Human Dignity and Respect today and how they fought during the days of the American Christian Holocaust called Slavery. The Civil Rights Movement of the Forties, Fifties, and Sixties and decades before, was an extension of the fight. And the fight today is an extension of the Same Fight--Different Time--Different Day. Martin Luther King and John Lewis and Thurgood Marshall and Ella Baker and Medgar Evers and A. Philip Randolph and Ruby Hurley and Daisy Bates and Malcolm X, and Rutledge Pearson...extensive list...fought the same fight that Ida Wells-Barnett and James Weldon Johnson and Walter White and William Trotter and W.E.B.DuBois and Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass and Richard Allen and Denmark Vesey...extensive list...fought. Young people today are fighting the same fight thousands before them fought. Being enslaved and kept in chains is the history of America. Lynching Blacks is the history of America. Racism is the history of America. Being judged by the color of your skin is the history of America. Being denied the right to vote is the history of America. Being denied Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as a Black person is the history of America. Fighting a Racist in presidential clothing who sat in the White House is the history of America. Blacks fighting for Freedoms- Freedoms, which should have been guaranteed in the Constitution, is the history of America. That has not changed. The fight FOR Civil Rights IS the fight AGAINST The American Institution of Racism. The day is different ...the names are different...but the issues are the same and the skin color is the same; and in the final analysis, THE STRUGGLE is the Same. And THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES.  Racism Today...Racism Tomorrow...Racism Forever!... according to donald trump's supporters.9/10/2021 So White racists in America, are preparing to hold another Racist rally on September 18, 2021, and again with the treasonous Racist Loser former president, to "protest" the arrest of racists who tried to overthrow America to allow said racist former president to remain in office. All of this happened because White racist supporters of said racist former president are upset because the descendants of enslaved persons voted in droves to defeat said racist former president. AMERIKKKA-a country founded on CHRISTIAN WHITE AMERICAN RACISM shows its Racist Stripes EVERY DAY.  Florida's new “anti-riot” law championed by Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis as a way to quell violent protests is unconstitutional and cannot be enforced, a federal judge ruled Thursday.
The 90-page decision by U.S. District Judge Mark Walker in Tallahassee found the recently-enacted law “vague and overbroad” and amounted to an assault on First Amendment rights of free speech and assembly as well as the Constitution's due process protections. People engaged in peaceful protest or innocently in the same area when a demonstration turned violent could face criminal charges and stiff penalties under the law, the judge said. “If this court does not enjoin the statute’s enforcement, the lawless actions of a few rogue individuals could effectively criminalize the protected speech of hundreds, if not thousands, of law-abiding Floridians,” Walker wrote. “It unfortunately takes only a handful of bad actors to transform a peaceful protest into a violent public disturbance,” the judge added. The lawsuit was filed against DeSantis and other state officials by the NAACP Florida conference, Dream Defenders, Black Lives Matter Alliance Broward and other groups who argue the law appears specifically aimed to halt protests by Black people and other minorities. The measure was passed earlier this year by the GOP-led Legislature and signed into law in April by the governor. It was a reaction to demonstrations around the country following last year’s killing by Minneapolis police of George Floyd, a Black man, that stirred passions nationwide under the banner of the Black Lives Matter Movement. President Joe Biden announced September 9, 2021that all employers with over 100 employees must require vaccination or require weekly COVID-19 testing of employees. Biden also announced all federal workers and contractors would need to be vaccinated. And Biden required all 17 million health care workers at facilities receiving federal funding would need to get vaccinated. "HE CAN'T DO THIS!"... REPUBLICANTS ARE SAYING. THE ANSWER...YES... HE MOST CERTAINLY CAN!!! |
