...The term "Middle East" is not a geographical description. It is a political description. It was created so White Christians would not have to say the Bible "took place" and "the Holy lands are located in and around" the continent of Africa. Sorry White Christian Evangelicals, the Bible takes place in and around the continent of Africa.
...Movie interpretations of the stories in the Bible would have one think the Holy Lands were in Europe and not in Africa.
...According to the Bible, an angel appeared to Joseph in a vision or a dream and told him to take Mary and Jesus to Egypt (in Africa, not Europe) and hide there, since Herod was killing firstborn sons. FACT-You cannot hide a White, Blue-eyed baby in Egypt, a country on the continent of Africa.
