Racist Republicants in the House have voted to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress….and the Congressional Black Congress…Progressive Caucus…the Asian-Pacific Caucus…and other Democrats walked out of the House of Representatives and refused to voted on these trumped up charges. Some RACIST Democrats, intimidated by the National Rifle Association also voted to hold the Attorney General contempt.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MODERN HISTORY OF THIS COUNTRY THAT A SITTING MEMBER OF THE PRESIDENT'S CABINET WAS HELD IN CONTEMPT BY CONGRESS. This is after appearing before Rep Issa's Witch hunt Committee 9 times. The so-called Fast and Furious Program started under the Bush Administration. Issa called nobody from the Bush Administration to testify. This is an abuse of Congressional power of the worst order.

Of course, Republicants are angry + and are using this vote to try and get at the President….and are also upset that the Atty. General is going after RACIST VOTER SUPPRESSION LAWS. Of course, Republicants are also PO'ed because they lost BIG TIME today with the Health Care vote which they wanted to be the cornerstone of their big PR Blast today.

Yes…and once again…IT IS RACISM AND THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF RACISM.

"The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld most of President Obama’s health care overhaul law, saying it was authorized by Congress’s power to levy taxes. The vote was 5 to 4, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. joining the court’s four more liberal members.

This decision was a victory for President Obama and Congressional Democrats, affirming the central legislative pillar of Mr. Obama’s presidency. The ruling upheld the individual mandate requiring nearly all Americans to obtain health insurance or pay a penalty.

“The Affordable Care Act’s requirement that certain in­dividuals pay a financial penalty for not obtaining health insurance may reasonably be characterized as a tax,” Chief Justice Roberts wrote in the majority opinion. “Be­cause the Constitution permits such a tax, it is not our role to forbid it, or to pass upon its wisdom or fairness.”

It is key to remember now that the Supreme Court has endorsed the First Substantial Health Care Bill passed by a President in 100+ years, there are no more viable legal challenges based on the Health Care Act. It also means that the American People, who have been spoon fed a case of false facts about health care, will have an opportunity to re-examine Affordable Health Care Act and see how beneficial the Act is for ALL AMERICANS. And with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court siding with the legality of the law, Right Wing Stupes cannot continue to sell this as "liberal" legislation. This is real blow to Republicants…make no mistake about it…and it really takes Health Care out of the negative and makes it a real positive for the President. Bottom line, The President was Right all along in recommending and passing a major, major law that supports the American People.

So Tom Wills from WJXT Channel 4 in Jacksonville Florida goes to Washington DC and interviews President Obama. After a lead in commentary on Black on Black crime in Chicago and Jacksonville, he used his interview to ask President Obama if he would be willing (?) to open a national dialogue on Black on Black crime. Is the President the National Sheriff of the Black Crime Task Force? Would he ask President Bush or President Clinton about white serial killers? Should he? Would he ask what they intend to do about making sure another white person did not blow up a federal building like Timothy McVeigh? Should he? Would he ask what they intend to do about the spike in white hate groups in this country since President Obama was elected? Should he? Yet he asked the President about his "willingness" to fight crime perpetuated by Black Males. A good friend and a member of the media opined that is the problem in the media when Blacks do not have authority in news operations to veto such stupidity.

Many members of the press think asking stupid (racist) questions are just doing their job …which invariably is a racist media cop-out.

You ask a Black President about Black Crime because you think he would have some particular insight into solving crime because he is Black? And you specify Jacksonville …because you are from Jacksonville …and Chicago…because the president is from Chicago? Most whites do not understand the infrastructure of racism and how much they are a component part. Certainly Tom Wills needs to revisit what to ask President Obama when or if he is given his next 15 minutes of fame. He certainly did not know what to ask him during his first 15 minutes of fame.
